The ICT4D Guide
The field guide to all things ICT4D
What is the ICT4D Guide?
ICT4D is 'Information and Communications Technologies for Development' (wikipedia link) — which is simply the long name for using technology for good around the world.
This ICT4D Guide is a free and open guide to help anyone who wants to make a positive social impact with technology's help.
Ready to jump in?
Browse the Guide online here (optimized for mobile as well), or download a PDF, EPUB, or MOBI version of the Guide.
There is also a spreadsheet of the list of the links to resources, organizations, and websites.
These links are the result of many people's experiences working in the field in many locations around the world.
Most of this guide was prepared through many nights and weekends by me, Gabriel Krieshok -- and with amazing help from Henry Bruce, Annie Legge, Derek Caelin, and Matt Haikin.
